P.E 10 was a great experience for me and my friends, it was the most fun I've had in P.E through the years. I enjoyed trying new things, and different activities for fitness, because a change in activities brought interest to the class. My attendance to P.E this semester has been good, i haven't missed a class unless i was sick or unless it was unavoidable, i came to class even when i wasn't feeling well. I have been late to class probably once or twice, but i come ready, with my P.E strip, and to participate. My fitness has changed but not greatly, it has improved over the semester, i am able to increase my fitness level, my beep test level went up almost 2 levels, because i was motivated to do my best, I was able to maintain running the pond runs, and the 25 min runs. I contribute to the class by coming ready to participate, getting involved in class activities, cheering on fellow classmates, motivating others to do their best and helping with the equipment. To be physically educated means to have control over your fitness, to push yourself, and activities outside of school, and keep healthy, eating right also has to do with being physically educated. In the future I plan to continue doing physical activities outside of soccer, such as soccer and volley ball. I play soccer 5/7 days of the week and volleyball once, i also plan to eat better, and i plan to take some form of physical activity in school in the coming years if i have space in my schedule. Barriers that may keep me from achieving my goals may be, my health (being sick) or not having time, but i will do my best to be active even if I'm sick and i will make time for physical activities. I think based on this semester of P.E i deserve an A (88%) as a grade because of my attendance, contribution to class, and my changes in fitness. I believe i have done my best for P.E 10, and i have tried my hardest.

Fitness
Today we had a different type of fitness than usual, and it was very fun, first we did Swedish Mile which our team had a bit of a hard time doing because we are each at different fitness levels. Some people on our team tired out and began to walk while some jogged. Then a new member was added to our team, during the second lap, it was the first lap for this new member so they weren't as tired as some of the players on the team. Considering so wasn't she tired she decided to discourage some of the team mates which I feel was no the best thing to do because not everyone has the same fitness level, she also left the team and continued on without us which had a negative impact on some of the group members. I don't feel that was appropriate because it discouraged some of our members which I don't find right. We should be supporting everyone even if they are not as fit as us. Secondly we ran with a weight with the same team, at first we had some difficulties but then we got the right technique and finished well carrying the weight. Finally, we had to move a tire across some way of the field, if was difficult at first but again, once we got the hang of it, it was alright. It got a bit muddy but overall it was a very fun fitness day and I'd like to be able to do it again.

Report card term 1
During this semester I have always came prepared for physical education with my pe strip. I am very supportive of my classmates and try my best to cheer them on including my friends. In this semester I have had close to none absences de to illness, at other times with injuries I come to class and watch or try my best while keeping in mind that I cant hurt myself more. I do my best to help with the equipment on a regular basis putting away things and helping set up. During fitness days I try my best usually all of the time, but there have been days that I have been sick or injured where I didnt push myself to a great extent. I try to surround myself with people who can push me to do my best like Manroop Y and Ramneet, who makesure I don't quit. I also do my best to make sure they do not quit either. Currently, outside of school I am at soccer regularly four to five times a week and i also play volleyball every week. I do some kin of activity every day to keep my self active even if its not with my team, and usually it is fitness. My blog currently lack some effort because I forget my password, and I also do not have much time out of school to write my blogs, but when i do have time i seem to forget. My goal for the rest of them semester is to blog at least once weekly:)

Interim Report
During this semester of PE I came prepared to class, on time, with all my PE strip. I bring a positive attitude to class, and do my best to interact with people I don't know that well, I get along with everyone. I try my best during fitnesses, trying not to sit out if I'm sick or hurt. I play soccer out side of school on a league team, and volley ball once a week with family. I do my best to prevent injuries that occur from soccer but most heal over time so I do my best to rest as much as possible aside any time except soccer and volley ball and now PE. I recently volunteered to help coach a U8 girls team, and with the help of my family and friends we are going to fundraise for BC Children's hospital again this year. I enjoy the option of choice, I enjoy trying different things during PE, and staying with the basics as well. My personal goal for this year is to recover from my injuries and see what the maximum limit is to my fitness, and to continue playing soccer or doing some sort of activity to stay healthy for the future.
