P.E 10 was a great experience for me and my friends, it was the most fun I've had in P.E through the years. I enjoyed trying new things, and different activities for fitness, because a change in activities brought interest to the class. My attendance to P.E this semester has been good, i haven't missed a class unless i was sick or unless it was unavoidable, i came to class even when i wasn't feeling well. I have been late to class probably once or twice, but i come ready, with my P.E strip, and to participate. My fitness has changed but not greatly, it has improved over the semester, i am able to increase my fitness level, my beep test level went up almost 2 levels, because i was motivated to do my best, I was able to maintain running the pond runs, and the 25 min runs. I contribute to the class by coming ready to participate, getting involved in class activities, cheering on fellow classmates, motivating others to do their best and helping with the equipment. To be physically educated means to have control over your fitness, to push yourself, and activities outside of school, and keep healthy, eating right also has to do with being physically educated. In the future I plan to continue doing physical activities outside of soccer, such as soccer and volley ball. I play soccer 5/7 days of the week and volleyball once, i also plan to eat better, and i plan to take some form of physical activity in school in the coming years if i have space in my schedule. Barriers that may keep me from achieving my goals may be, my health (being sick) or not having time, but i will do my best to be active even if I'm sick and i will make time for physical activities. I think based on this semester of P.E i deserve an A (88%) as a grade because of my attendance, contribution to class, and my changes in fitness. I believe i have done my best for P.E 10, and i have tried my hardest.
"To be physically educated means to have CONTROL l over your fitness" Thats a gem Manvir. I hope you've taken the time to reflect on how profound that statement is. Thanks for sharing.
